The morning staff was terrible from the minute I checked in. Her name was BO BO, that was the name I was given, when I asked for her government name no one seem to know it. The second shift staff was also rude. The hotel over booked. The room that I initially booked for two queen beds the gentleman informed me that they were sold out because they over booked. his name was Lavance. Lavance stated the only rooms they had available was ones with king bed.
The outdoor pool was extremely dirty. I took pictures of the pool.

Great Hotel Option
Hotel is in a great,, conventient location, with lots of food and shopping options nearby. My only disappointment was that the restaurant/bar was closed. I look forward to a glass of wine (or two) at the end of the day when traveling. The website needs to be updated saying that it is closed.

Everything was great. Some of the nooks and cranny’s were a little dirty but it seemed like the room may have been older. It was also easy to hear everything outside the room which made it hard to sleep.

They don’t pickup your room every day and make beds and give you coffee or towels wash rags anymore!! Some things were dirty! I reserved a handicap room for my parents because my mom is handicapped and room was same as mine went to store and purchased items that came to$150 so she could stay in room!

Overall a nice hotel and would probably stay again
We stayed a a 2 queen bed room for 1 night.
Everything liked nice a fairly new.
Cons: elevator floor was very sticky.
Our body wash dispenser was empty.
The restaurant/bar attached to hotel is OOB/closed. Maybe it said that in description and I needed it, but I know that was one reason why I chose this hotel, and was a bit disappointed when we realized it was closed.

This hotel was one of the most unprofessional and humiliating experiences I’ve ever had. At check-in, the staff told me they did not accept my card type — even though they clearly do. I was left embarrassed and stressed, treated as though I was the problem.
To make it worse, instead of apologizing, the staff member attempted to gaslight me, later claiming she “made it work for me” when in fact the card should have been accepted from the beginning. There was no accountability, no courtesy, and no respect shown to me as a guest.
A hotel stay should make you feel welcomed and secure — not traumatized, shamed, and dismissed. Based on this experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering this hotel to take their business elsewhere.

Good for large groups
There isn’t a restaurant. There isn’t breakfast. Theres only one person manning the desk/front. The best feature of the hotel is the indoor/outdoor pool and the massive outdoor patio for groups and gatherings. Our softball team likes staying here in the summer for that reason. Restraints and fast food close by. Close to fields.
