Staff made lots of excusing. Property is under rennovation. Our room was lacking many items like towels. Only thing good was the bed which was comfortable.

The bed linen in 2 of the
Apt were soiled and unclean. We had to ask all three days for a wash cloth. One of the guest had to move to a completely different room because when she pulled the covers back, the sheets had sand all over them. It was horrible
On the 2nd day i asked to have my bed linen charged we had to sit on the lobby while they put the dirty linen in the washer and dryer. I always assumed hotels should always have extra ed linen
Not 1 set per room
We were very disappointed in this hotel. I will never ever book there again

This property needs a lot of help. First thing I notice upon walkig in was, it dis not look like the pictures and the coffee machine had an out of order sign. Once in the room whatever they clean with left white residue all over everything, So I had to disinfect and wipe everything down. They do not provide in room coffee machines, so for the only source to get coffee being out of order was terrible I went out to eat and came back to elevator out of service so for my sray i had to walk up and down steps..The toilet in my room did not work properly the 2days I was there, someone came and plunged it and that it wouldn't even flush after that, on my check out morning, we couldn't even use the bathroom be cause the toilet flooded over night, had to use a gas station bath on the was home..as I checked out and expressed this ,all I got qas I'll let someone know, no apologies or maybe a inconvenience credit not a thing. Would not recommend staying here.
我根本没法住这里，太脏了，而且味道难闻。我要求住无障碍房间，他们告诉我有。结果到了那里，却被告知无法入住。我丈夫是双腿截肢者，需要无障碍淋浴间，更何况他们还要把我们安排在三楼。进了房间后，我下楼告诉她我们不能住。
床头灯坏了。其中一部电梯坏了，不过这对我来说没什么影响，因为我住在一楼，那里很吵。周围环境似乎不太安全，而且整个酒店似乎都年久失修了。
真希望我多花点钱住一家更好的酒店。
房间很漂亮，早餐也不错。有酸奶、麦片和华夫饼机。
工作人员非常非常友好，总是竭尽全力。
