Shelly at the front desk was amazing! Quite and good location for our needs.
The room okay. The shower was not clean, had a used bar of soap in it when we checked in. And the website says breakfast is until 10 on weekends but when we went for breakfast at 9:30 we were told it was done by the staff?

No TV stations for local shows, musty room smell, elevated broken for two days, used condoms in parking spaces, housekeeping virtually nonexistent antiquated amenities for the most part.
Most of the staff was friendly but probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in but with short notice to book I had limited choice due to busy weekend for college football. Had to replace keys due to inconsistent working at least 10 times to include multiple times per day.

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience my entire family has ever had. Let’s start off with saying the hotel was unorganized, pictures are misleading and do not reflect how the rooms actually look, there was mold and mildew in the first room we were assigned to, and elevators were out for our entire stay while we were on the 4th floor. There was even an issue with pluming and the maintenance person handled the plunger to my dad so we THE GUEST can handle the problem.
However the cherry on top was the total unprofessional and irrationally behavior of a front desk person by the name of Kenneth. Apparently there was a mishap with the room numbers, after us being in the new room for 2 nights Kenneth was under the impression that we were not authorized guests (mind you the reservation was paid in full before booking) and tried to use to master key to “force us out” accusing me my parents and 2 kids of being in the wrong room, using profanity and abusive language. This all occurred at 3-5 am. Never once did he identify himself, never once did he APOLOGIZE, never once did he act professionally or appropriately. It was a complete misuse of power. The cops ended up being called. Because I was no longer going to be dealing with an abusive man. Obviously once he looked like a fool and identified we were paying customers he still did not apologize. Luckily we were leaving that day but we weren’t able to rest. DO NOT EVER stay here.

We also ask that guest are courteous, and respectful to our staff. We hold our staff to a high level of customer service, even when a guest is being condesending, and combative.We have coached our front desk staff again to hold a level of proffesionalism when dealing with circumstances like this one, as well as Choice training when a guest is not cooperative. Per our conversation I hope that I was able to appease you with our resolution. We do appreciate your feedback.Thank you

They were having building maintenance problems but the place was clean and comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definately stay again.
