A hot mess
I had a dead baby roach in the bathroom and the ceiling in the shower looked like it was about to fall down and on the other end of the shower the paint was peeling

Clean room and good service. It’s not a luxury hotel but they don’t portray themselves as such, and it is priced affordably. Would stay again

This is an older property that could use a little cosmetic love, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The property was just what we needed and was very affordable for a USC football weekend. This made a potentially very expensive weekend much more affordable, and, therefore, more enjoyable and stress free. Also, conveniently located near Williams-Brice Stadium.

Spend the extra money, its not worth the savings
The room was a 2, the shower water pressure was so low it felt like taking a shower in the rain. You also have to "request" that they clean your room. The breakfast options are cofffee or old cereal. It smelled of old socks throughout the Inn. Also the air conditioner face was on the floor. I was scared to touch it in case it stopped working. The staff spoke but weren't very friendly. I learned trying to save a buck on accommodations is not worth the buck you save. Its a thumbs down for me.

Tv only had 1 channel, air conditioner fought to cool room, one of my towels was dirty when unfolded, small roaches, door lock battery dead, had to complain to everyone who worked there to get battery changed.
