The only positive I can say about my stay is the two front desk ladies were incredibly nice and helpful. Outside of that positive. The room had a very, very heavy mildew smell. To the point that made us coughing and congested. The floor by the ac unit was damp. The TV didnt work for most of our stay. The room was decently cleaned. Unfortunately the room was facing a place that had loud music playing all until 4 am. The Elevators weren't working properly either

The hotel was ok. Found out when we checked in that we had to also pay for parking at the hotel.

The receptionist remained on the phone the entire registry talking about work drama from the night before. Our toilet clogged and was unusable. No one was able to fix it nor did they have a quality plunger for us to use. Every white surface was clean. But the every non-white surface was covered in grit and chunks. I had to clean it myself before we settled in. The parking lot smelled like urine and trash. The location is great for exploring San Antonio. After getting use to the urine smell outside, it felt safe enough. This is not a deal. It is inexpensive for a reason.

Yikes. Just yikes. This is a business case on what happens when a hotel is just a row on some investors spreadsheet who is squeezing the investment for every drop of net income. Avoid! Nice staff though. They were trying at least.

PRO'S- the staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke to you but the manager.
The pool was very nice and relaxing
The breakfast was good and had alot of options
CONS-the room wasnt clean
Found old wendys paper behind light
Wasnt vaccum in the general area
urine still on the toilet when you put the lid down
The room stunk realllllllyyyyyyy bad (had to buy a deodorizer)
Our room key deactivated every day

The employees were nice, and hospitable. The property itself was horrible. When we arrived our keys didnt work. So they ended up giving us a pin to open the door instead. Then we went to the pool and the Hot Tub didn't work, no jets. It was hot.the little water fall in the pool and hot tub didnt work, false advertising. Then our room did not have hot water, the maintenance man couldn't fix it so they switched us rooms. In this room the tv need an attena to work. And the beds were horrible i didn't get a good rest is was so noisy with every move , even the smallest movement, very annoying and so uncomfortable. The wall paper was peeling of. It was so bad. Do not waste your money here. The employees were good and the breakfast was decent thats it. But its honestly not worth it. The pictures are way nicer than reality.
