1 star for the guy at the front desk- very kind attentive and respectful. But this place is a dump. Bad area, bum’s walking in and out, rusty dirty bathroom, dirty smudgy elevators. I couldn’t sleep here, I left the same day.

The room was clean and kept clean each day. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Location made access to my conference easy.

Friendly, helpful staff & management. Smiling. Genuinely caring. spotless rooms, quiet, no sound through the walls, or very little. Great location close to train station and 401 highway. I am planning another trip to Raleigh in the next few weeks & definitely will stay there again.
