The hot tub was not working. This was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. I felt a discount should be given for this. The hotel could have emailed before our arrival, so I could have stayed at a different hotel.

Inconsistent housekeeping. Two days no refresh to our room. We had to get our own towels and paper goods. No garbage pickup either.

The main reason I chose this hotel was the pool. I get there and the pool is under construction. It should’ve been listed that the pool is under renovation. Other than that great place to stay.

我对这次住宿的评价褒贬不一。迎宾饼干很不错，但我们入住时没有我们预订的房型，所以我们不得不换到其他类型的房型，因为要住四个人。热水浴缸很冷，泳池也太冷了，我们最后没去游泳，而是去了公园。房间清洁度还行。员工服务也很好。第一天晚上，我们遇到了严重的噪音问题，因为一个大学棒球队在走廊里不停地喊叫。管理层似乎并不在意他们严重影响了其他客人的住宿。如果第二天晚上球队没有离开，我们早就离开了。酒店去游乐园的活动场所很方便。
