The beds were hard and not comfy .. we got lock IN our room .. took us 10 min to get out ..

The facility was in excellent condition. We enjoy staying there close to family n our Dr appointments which makes it very convenient.

Check in staff was not very helpful and does not seem to follow through with anything (including basic message communication). Otherwise property is decent. Rooms are clean enough and the hotel is pretty once you get inside (from the outside, it does not look like much).

This property was chosen due to its proximity to Mt. Lemmon. While the facilities were functionally adequate, we were disappointed with the breakfast. It was consistently served late, and the quality and variety of the food offerings left us wanting.

Great property
The property is clean and well maintained and kept up to date. The gal at the front desk at checkin was amazing. The pool and outdoor area are very nice and the area that it is in is nice. There are a lot of restaurants and other businesses close by.
