the heat was not working and had an issue with the tv, that was a quick call to front desk and man arrived immediately and fixed the problems, i love this place, clean good tv comfortable room, you can spend more but why would you ???

Floors are nasty. They really need to invest in a mop and bucket. Toiletries are the bare minimum. Bed was ok but it was hard to get past the nasty floor.

Homeless people were camped out in the parking lot, 7 of them. Another group of homeless people were going through the dumpster and looking at people cars in the parking lot too. But the hotel itself was fine.

房间整体装修是看得出来有点老旧的，好在比较干净整洁，洗澡设施都比较完善
很棒的住宿体验，员工很友善。住得很愉快，我们还会再来的。
我订错了地方，所以没住成，他们也拒绝退款。
服务很棒
大家都非常友善。房间有点小，放不下特大号床，而且淋浴喷头漏水很严重。除此之外，我会给4/5分。
