Everything was fine except the toilet was stopped up so we had to move to another room. After that things were good.

The breakfast area was extremely cold. A jacket was needed to feel warm. There was no salt or pepper to flavor food. I would not stay there again.

Parking was very cramped. The building is dated to include an early 2000's television. The floor had trash under the furniture (Used floss/toothpick, Christmas ornament bow, etc.). The toilet barely flushed as it used a mechanism in the tank that fills a bowl and only after the bowl is full will the toilet fully flush with minimal pressure. Overall 2/5. Definitely not worth the price I was charged in comparison to other more modern hotels.

All wall outlets in the bathroom didn't work. Tge charging outlet between the beds didn't work properly (chargers would not stay in). One of the beds linens had dark brown spots on it. My sister and I ended up sleeping in rhe same bed. Had to flush toilet 5 or 6 times to properly dispose of waste.

This was my 2nd year staying at this hotel in October for a convention. I would like to give a special applause to the staff. They are always working hard to stay on top of everything. I will stay here again.

The TV was not working when we first arrived. The phone also did not work so we could not call to front desk. The lady at the front desk did come up to the room and had to unplug the TV to reset it. The 2nd night of our stay, when we came back for the evening, our keys would not work to get into our room. Apparently they had only been set up for one night instead of the two night stay we had booked. The man at the front desk quickly fixed the issue - thank you. However, I recommend putting a new phone in room 308. It is not functioning.

Our room was subject to loud traffic noise despite being on the fourth floor, possibly from old windows. We did check to be sure they were closed. Also, the air conditioner was noisier than those of other rooms we had visited and may benefit from being cleaned from dust and dirt inside. The room overall was good and comfortable, but these noises made it difficult for all of us to sleep.
