Staff was good. Sausage on breakfast buffet has no taste. Only ate breakfast one morning out of three. Room was pretty good though. Bed slept good. Shower was dangerous because bottom of the tub was so slick my handicapped husband could not use. The door to the bathroom opens into room and was not easy to get wheelchair around the door to get into bathroom. If you aren’t handicapped, I guess it would be better. Was just a difficult stay since my husband fell trying to get around bathroom door with his walker. Getting him up was not easy but I managed. He is too proud to let me ask for help. I do have to say that every one I dealt with was very nice.

We drove in for a quick overnight because of an event in downtown the next day. The location was easy to find and very convenient to downtown (without the downtown price tag). Beds were comfortable, room was clean, staff were very kind.

The morning desk staff was unfriendly. There was no coffee available either the morning. The bathtub was slow to drain and the toilet ran all day. Hotel in general really needs work fixtures are old etc

Rooms were musty and felt dirty. WiFi didn’t work. There was a rip on the tread of the treadmill and might have died if I didn’t see it. I know this isn’t the Ritz, but it was pretty gross. Would not stay there again. Only redeeming factor is the front desk guy was nice.

Updated hotel, was all right. Lots of area noise , sirens etc at night. Breakfast was ok.

The gym and pool were under key card. Parking was spacious at least in back I was able to turn around my trailer. Coffee in room was actually good

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everything is very clean. We always stay here when we are in Lexington. The outside is well maintained. We would recommend the stay because it is reasonably priced.

The room was great at first. Looked clean and comfortable. The guy that checked us in was wonderful. The next morning, they stopped all keys from opening rooms at 9 when check out isnt until 11. The woman at the front desk was rude when I asked her to help me with my keys. Decided to go for a short swim before leaving and noticed there were no towels in the pool area besides 2 hand towels. Asked the same woman for towels and she made a comment about not having time and she didnt understand how there wasnt towels in there. (The front desk is right next to the pool. All she had to do was look to see. Once getting in the pool, we noticed roaches around the pool. Obviously we got out quickly and wanted to notify the front desk. Again, this woman couldnt be bothered to even pretend to care.
