There were roaches in the room as soon as we opened the door dead roaches on the floor under the microwave by the dresser. I knew they were hiding somewhere I lifted the bed up and sure enough there were roaches scattering under neat the bed 100% do not recommend unless your comfortable sleeping with roaches. We had already checked in and we requested a refund at this time they told us we have to go through ********** to request refund

Saw at least 2 roaches by front door, inside room. Both entry door and bathroom door needed updated, were hard to open and shut, and we're old, paint peeling doors.

Staff and owner are amazing and housekeepers do their jobs... i love it. I would def refer friends to go there and i will most def keep it at the top of my list and conrinue to rent there.....

We arrived on a friday for a one night trip for a concert. We entered the room and was immediately hit with a very musty odor. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. There was dried urine on the lid and around the ceramic. An old, used soap bar was still in the shower. We lifted the sheets on the heds to check out the mattresses, which were covered in brown and yellow stains all over. Then, something caught my eye by the wall...a roach. It was a roach. So i moved the desk and then the microwave and more roaches scattered. We immediately gathered our bags and headed straight back to the front desk to check back out. Our money was refunded back to our card within 48 hours. I highly, highly do not recommend staying at this particular hotel.

When I got there that room was so nasty it took me 2 hours to just to clean it it was the nastiest place I ever stayed in my life it wouldn't give my money back I told her black guy that was working this place is filthy and he's just left it was the worst thing in my life that we're not getting my money back couldn't that sleep it was so loud people be on the wall screaming and holler we had to leave to go somewhere else

The attendant add great information about Taco stands for which ones were the best he also knew about what restaurants are in the area and he let me know that the first room that I reserved in home microwave or a fridge and it's only change it to happen to change that.

Staff is respectful and caring and its quiet, safe, and convenient... i have been a regular customer for years and i wouldnt change anything.... i will def continue being a satisfied customer and would recommend friends and family as well....
