We had to switch rooms because the room we were assigned had not been cleaned and made up. But the person at the desk was quick to re-assign us a clean room. The biggest issue with this hotel is the traffic noise. We had a room facing I-81. Constant truck noise made it difficult to sleep without ear plugs. Over all, the hotel was clean and we felt safe. I was impressed with the person in charge with the breakfast area. She kept breakfast items in stock and kept tables clean. This does not happen at most motels we have stayed at.

I did not appreciate having to replace my card after my info was compromised. Also shower dripped water when it wasn’t even used at all. The couch was dirty and not even able to be sat on it was covered in crumbs. We loved the breakfast buffet and the staff were friendly. Just wished we would have been able to have a cleaner room.

My stay wasn’t my expectation. $40.00 dollars for pre check in is kinda ridiculous and my room wasn’t even ready. Barely any towels. The shower floor was disgusting. No bathmat in the shower. There was a dead bee on the floor and lucky me and my partner were allergic if it was stepped on. We were woken up at 9:00am on Saturday because of housekeeping. You would think they would have a sheet of who is leaving and staying? And they came back a second time asking! That’s ridiculous. I didn’t get a “do not disturb” thing for my door. I work at 4 star resort in Farmington PA, and I know what all departments do

Older hotel. Room needs cleaning on rugs you can see crud in the corners. Mold in the caulking in the shower.
Breakfast. No eggs left at 815 am and not making anymore lady said. Toaster broken. One small myffin left. Bad

All was good with my stay. The hotel is older which is evident with some of the finishings, paint, bathroom door/bathtub, etc. but it was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were very good; they had something for everyone. Staff were friendly and accommodating; some didn't speak English but we figured it out! :)

“Breakfast” was weak. Toaster was out of order. No breakfast meat option. No bagels. Also, shower had two conditioners instead of a shampoo and a conditioner. Pretty clean room though. Comfortable beds.

They help me with my car. I left my car keys in the front desk and my car lot. So the car moving company can picked it up. While I catch my flight. On Saturday August 30. The front desk call me to let me know that the car moving company was picking up my car and is it ok to give the keys. The car moving company call me as well. Thank you everyone. This is the best place to stay at.
