我们下午2点半到的，但直到下午4点半才拿到钥匙。然而，退房时还没到中午12点就被催了。我们应该也得到一点时间宽限，最多一个小时。总的来说，其他方面都挺好的。
设施：有点旧了，感觉以前不错

环境：周边没有邻近的商场

总的来说中规中矩的，有点年代的好酒店，优势是价格不错。房间挺大，不过有点空，感觉可以再放一个大沙发。
前台服务非常迅速和友好。酒店和房间都非常干净……早餐种类很多，非常好吃……位置优越，靠近美食区和商场……非常满意……
这是一家家庭式酒店，员工非常友好。食物选择相对多样。酒店有泳池和健身房。房间很干净。地理位置靠近购物中心，所以吃饭或者去BxSea都很方便。
最重要的是孩子们住得舒服开心，很适合家庭度假。

首次入住 Santika Premier Bintaro 酒店。
很高兴酒店位置靠近 Trans Snow World Bintaro 商场，旁边还有早晚市集/夜市。
孩子们玩得很开心，希望以后有机会再来住。
早餐的食物选择很好。
住在桑蒂卡酒店总是很棒，但这次我们办理入住后等了一个半小时才拿到房间，太让人不满了！😡
