Atmosphere is quite comfortable Rooms are little smaller but are really comfortable and high standard Value for money and cleanliness is well maintained.no outdoor noise at all with great and fast service given by staff only you need to keep a watch on the in room glasses and utensil they are not cleaned properly. Food and other amenities are worth the spend.

We was very excited to my sister Ring ceremony. This is totally spoilt from the royal phulhar hotel. We will never suggest to go anyone this useless hotel. We have burn my money to choose this hotel Very bad behaviour of all employees and manager.

Worst Hotel of the entire Bihar !! Mr Sujit Hotel Manager is a great example of unprofessional staff. If the leader is treating the guests like animals then how you expect professional behaviour from others. I used to visit here for my regular business trips but I assured from my side either me or my entire personal and professional colleagues never going to visit there. Pathetic Experience !! A very bad experience toilet, carpet and all things are dirty. I will not visit again. During my stay at this hotel, every aspect was a disappointment. The room was dingy, with stains on the carpet and a musty smell lingering. Dust coated every surface making the entire space feel unhygienic. The linens were worn-out and seemed unclean, leaving me uneasy about sleeping there. The staff appeared indifferent, offering little assistance or genuine concern for guests’ complaints. Overall, i would not recommend this establishment, as cleanliness and guest comfort are evidently not a priority.

We had a suite and a normal room. Both were excellent. Upkeep was also very good. However, some soundproofing is required since tvs are installed on partition wall and the sound of the adjoining room annoys. Parking is also an issue. Vehicles are parked even blocking the exit gate. Overall, a excellent quality hotel.

No provision of hot water in tap. You have to ask for hot water and they supply in bucket. No heating in ac room in chilling weather. Even room heater is not available pathetic service.

Worst service ever. We went to have brownie sizzler. After 25 to 30 mins they denied they dont have. I called the manager no... every body denied and no body showed up. I had to called the MD of the hotel complaining the same thing. He came and promised me to take action. Five more customer complained. One got naan every 25mins. One got biryani after 90 mins. One Dr. was so annoyed he shouted that i will not even spit in the hotel. And i was with the MD one custmer complained that his employees have too much attitude. Today the MD denied taking action. God bless the hotel
