The location is good quit and calm with ample parking and a good garden . The hotel rooms were spacious but the bed mattress need a change the bed sheet and towel also needs a new look. The food was not upto expectation. The space for dining hall was ok. The infinity pool is ok just for fun purpose .the overall property needs a renovation.

The Ambiance of Tulip Arena was awesome. The Staff, food and stay was good and I would definitely love to stay here again hotel view is very fantastic and Infinitive pool is awesome nice place and good front office staff is very cooperative and location is very fantastic. food is very good, overall a nice stay

Very nice food arrangement. We were at a party and the service and food .all other arrangements remained fine . Overall good . restaurant person everyone was polite and familiar with with there service special thanks to Gaurav,simmi and your team.

Poor service.
There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days. I had a cold shower during winter time. Idli preparation was out of world. Absolutely sub standard. The front office Manager was unapologetic for the inconvenience. Kept defending his position. Deaf and dumb and no words of apology.

I am a regular customer of this hotel since Feb 2023 and that can be checked in my history and we always get atleast a table (Infront of sofa) to keep the food on it which is not available this time...The receptionist told that they are sending after i raised this issue but its been more than 1 hour they did not. 2nd issue is regarding the wifi which is not available since morning when i checked in...neither any resolution nor any assurance has been provided till now in this regard.
