Clean and very spacious room. We stayed in a renovated room and they did an amazing job. The amenities were very nice after a long day at the theme parks. We will definitely come back again.

总的来说都挺好，就是设施有点旧了，但这不影响我们玩得开心。
酒店工作人员告诉我，因为我女儿把iPad落在了司机的车里，他会被禁止进入酒店。之后我们被告知，从酒店大堂乘坐高尔夫球车到房间需要等待10分钟。我和三个孩子等了20分钟，然后我给工作人员发短信，他们说还要再等35分钟，所以我们只好步行过去，而我们的房间离主入口很远。后来我们去了酒店内的水上乐园，才知道门票不包含在房费里。无论你是否参与，或者只是在孩子游泳时观看，每人都要25美元。幸好检票口有一个好心人，他很友好地放我们进去了，因为只剩下两个小时了。我们问他们要一条毯子，因为沙发床上没有毯子，结果他们花了一个多小时才给我们。跟主管沟通简直是个笑话。他会用免提跟你说话，而他的员工会在背景里嘲笑你。我们只在那里住了一晚。强烈不推荐！
我8月29日晚上7点左右入住，一切都还好，直到8月30日早上醒来发现空调漏水，地板上都是水。我打电话给前台，他们说会派人来修。等了两个小时后，我又打了一次电话，他们还是说会派人来。三个小时后，有人来了，说修好了。于是我出去了一会儿，半夜回来，结果空调又坏了。我没法用空调，只能等到第二天早上。8月30日退房后，我又打电话告诉了他们这个问题。所以，我整个入住期间都没有空调，真是太糟糕了。
沙发床没有毯子和床单。我们打电话等了两个小时，毯子还是没送来。淋浴间和浴缸脏得令人作呕。地板黏糊糊的，房间阳台上还有蜘蛛网。以后再也不会住Westgate酒店了。
在选择房间时用应用程序。感觉好多了。最后发现没有阳台，感觉就像在山洞里一样。
非常老旧。
房子很旧，家具也很旧，两台电视都坏了。儿童泳池要25美元。
一切都非常舒适，我非常喜欢。
