The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. I don't think it's worth $160 a night but otherwise a great stay.

Convenient location, well maintained pool/hot tub, friendly staff, extended continental breakfast and easy parking. Property does show wear and tear and housekeeping needs some tweaking.

Neither I nor my wife could figure out how to use TV remote to select a channel to watch. Since we were very busy in Hillsdale we did not ask the staff how it works, In any case the remote was different from any remote I ever saw.

Stayed at a sister best western plus in traverse city, and it compared to this one was a palace. Sorry, but this wasn't clean, stunk super bad of cigarettes and ****, the elevator looked like it has never been touched since it opened, people have spit on walls in the stairwells, carpets looked like they haven't been shampooed in ages... Maybe send some of the staff to traverse city to see how things can be run well??

Very clean and very friendly. I was very shocked to actually see some of these reviews that were posted about the place being dirty, because we had three rooms total and not a single one of them so much as even had a crumb. Of course, some of the items in the room may have seemed a little bit dated, but everything is very well maintained. Finding the place was very easy unlike some of the other reviews we were paying attention and were able to pull directly in without missing a return. If you are a light sleeper, I would suggest requesting the third floor as we could hear the people above us. But we would definitely stay again.
