All the staff here discriminate against Chinese people, and one Japanese employee is even worse. When something goes missing, they deliberately claim they can't find it.

This accusation is completely false and highly offensive. Making such a public claim without any evidence is extremely unprofessional.Second, my feeling of being treated differently was based on the staff’s attitude and handling of situations during my stay, not on personal assumptions. The hotel’s response, which shifts blame onto the guest, only reinforces my negative experience.Third, regarding the missing item, I merely stated facts and my experience. I never accused anyone personally. Even if the item was not found, this does not justify making defamatory accusations against a guest.I hope future travelers can judge for themselves how this property handles complaints and guest communication.

酒店回复: We are sorry you feel that way, we can assure you that no one here discriminates against anyone of any nationality. We promote a welcoming atmosphere for people of all different nationalities to come here. If you had an issue with the Japanese employee here it may have been due to you stealing food from his stuff and other people's stuff while here and then blamed it on him saying he told you everything was free. With your missing towel that we couldn't find days after you last saw it, as you saw we did try looking for it in many different places around the hostel, with you even going with a housekeeper to look but it just wasn't here. We are sorry you felt this way about us but once again I would like to assure you that no one discriminated against you for being Chinese.

我打工度假，所以在找到公寓前的第一个星期住在这里。虽然已经过了有工作人员值守的入住时间，但自助入住机器坏了。其他住客告诉我，可以打电话给工作人员，他们就会过来。我照做了，也顺利办理了入住。我觉得其他住客都非常友善。卫生方面，我看到他们每天都有打扫，而且感觉也没有人用得很脏。厨房也很大，厨具一应俱全，如果能住久一点，我真想自己做饭。
位置在CBD，从机场过来挺远的，得一小时左右，Haka house住过好几次了，是连锁店，不过这家的床我不是很喜欢，摇晃特别严重，轻轻动一下就晃得厉害。
酒店位置很好，就在酒吧和餐馆的密集区，非常适合晚上出去玩。
厨房晚上11点后不能用，有点可惜。
毛巾要2美元再加服务费，大概2.05美元。
希望酒店不仅管理厨房使用时间，也能把晚上看电影的房间也规定一下使用时间。我房间旁边就是那个看电影的房间，晚上太吵了。
晚上7点以后，入住和退房都需要自助办理。
酒店非常干净，前台人员也很友善。
尤其是浴室区域打扫得很干净。
女生专属房间也很安静，感觉很好。
休息室里朋友结伴而来的人很多，可能刚开始会有点不知所措，但如果想融入进去，大家都会很欢迎，如果想一个人待着，在房间里也完全没问题。无论如何，这次入住都非常舒适。
不过，宿舍附近偶尔会有可疑的人徘徊。这一点需要注意。晚上外出时，考虑到安全因素，多加小心就能确保安全。
从机场坐公共交通需要换乘，大概花费一个多小时也能接受，旅店设施有点旧了，地理位置还好，工作人员服务态蛮度好的。
位置很好。
优点：我第一次来新西兰，这家酒店的价格竟然比附近餐厅的餐费还要便宜，这点很好。厨房很宽敞，设备齐全，餐具也很多。
缺点：我住了两晚，但不知道为什么，第二天晚上门卡就失效了，特别麻烦。我甚至没法从浴室回到自己的床铺，必须等别人给我开门才行，非常不方便。另外，大堂里一直到半夜都吵吵嚷嚷的。空调感觉太冷了，而且我觉得地理位置也不是特别好（不过这可能因为我对这个城市不熟悉）。
非常棒的旅舍，强烈推荐！员工非常友好，氛围很好，价格也很划算。
