This is the most disgusting experience in my overseas business trip. After a day's work, I wanted to take a bath. After filling the hot water and entering the bathtub, I suddenly looked up and found that the front of the bathtub was black and yellow. Looking around carefully, it was all black and yellow. It should be feces and urine. I immediately jumped out and almost vomited. I couldn't sleep all night. I complained to the hotel that day, and a so-called manager came to communicate the next afternoon. Not only did he not give a solution, but also asked me to give a solution. I said refund, and he promised on the surface, but the result was to deceive me. Finally, it was the service staff of Ctrip who fought repeatedly and reluctantly refunded the fee for one night. I strongly recommend that people on business trips to Dubai should not go to this hotel. Not only is the sanitary condition poor, but also shirks responsibility when there is a problem and has no responsibility at all.

免费升级了套房房间性价比很高泳池景色也不错
酒店地理位置不错,最重要的是员工非常友好。房间也很宽敞,不确定是不是给升级了,给了我们一间很大的高层房间。房间很干净,早餐也很好吃。下次来还会选择这里。
干净整洁,员工也很友好。房间给升级了,而且(提前申请了)可以提早办理入住。

这次出国去迪拜出差,本想着忙碌一天后能在酒店好好放松一下,谁知道碰上了这辈子最恶心的事。
那天结束一天高强度工作,我浑身疲惫,就想舒舒服服泡个热水澡。放好水后,我刚迈进浴缸,一抬头,眼前景象直接让我头皮发麻——澡盆前一大片黑黄污渍,再仔细一看,非常可能就是屎和尿的残留。当下我直接从浴缸里跳出来,胃里一阵翻江倒海,差点吐出来,当晚更是恶心到睡不着觉。
第二天,我就向酒店投诉了这糟心事。可一直等到下午,才有个自称经理的人姗姗来迟。跟他沟通时,他不仅没给出任何解决方案,居然还反问我想要怎么解决。我强压怒火,提出退款要求,他当时表面上答应得好好的,结果转头就食言,纯粹是在忽悠我。
最后还是携程的服务人员尽心尽力,反复和酒店争取,才好不容易帮我退了一晚的房费,在此感谢携程的工作人员,非常认真负责。
真心劝各位要去迪拜出差的朋友,千万别选这家酒店!卫生状况差到突破底线,出了问题还各种推诿,毫无担当。出门在外,本就想住得舒心,碰上这种酒店,真的太影响心情和工作状态了。把我的经历分享出来,希望大家都能避开这个“大坑” 。

我们完全无法理解那些负面评价。我们一家人来迪拜中转,在这家酒店住了几晚。我们免费升级到了套房。服务非常棒,特别是带着宝宝入住,这家酒店有很多优势。早餐很丰盛,选择也很多样。我们特别想提一下泳池救生员Libang,他把我们照顾得很好,而且一直都很警惕!房间设施很棒,如果你想的话,可以做饭和洗衣服。酒店能看到哈利法塔的绝美景色,而且步行40分钟就能到。我们强烈推荐这家酒店!!!
您好,我们来迪拜很多次了,每次都住在千禧置地阿勒巴沙酒店(Millennium Place Al Barsha),一切都很好。
这次我们决定不订四星级酒店,而是订五星级的,结果选了这家酒店简直就是浪费钱!完全不推荐。
1. 没有接送服务,这对我们来说是个大问题,去海滩单程要1000卢布,回商场也要这么多钱,等等!我自己不好,没有提前看清楚!
2. 阳台窗户很脏!
3. 附近吃饭很不方便!
4. 哪里可以换钱也是个问题。
5. 泳池不错,但是太小了!
6. 唯一值得称赞的是房间(公寓整体不错,很大,住着很舒服)。
但是酒店的地理位置和周边环境简直糟透了!
7. 早餐种类单一,不过住了七天倒也还好,但绝对达不到五星级标准!在同品牌的四星级酒店吃得都比这好!
