Clean Lobby, Clean hotel and rooms were nice and tidy as well. There were no refrigerators or microwaves in the rooms. Not a deal breaker for me this time around. I will be staying here in the future

Overall stay was a good experience
Our overall stay was good. Plenty of parking spaces and staff was great. The hotel is placed in an area that there seems to be lots of homeless people and at times did not feel safe but it's not the hotels fault.

Front desk team were always polite and helpful. Manager Tee was very empathetic and quick to try to correct solutions. If not for the good hospitality, the review would be much lower. Had several room changes, only one had an alarm clock, one had several items from a previous guest, all of them had challenges like a constantly running toilet, broken curtain, no security lock on door, broken tiles or bathroom just being filthy dead bugs in the rooms upon check in.the surrounding area had a lot of homeless. Again the staff I worked with were amazing and please know from that aspect it was amazing. The property needs a lot of TLC though. There was also some cute stray cats that were hunting crickets outside the main door that went to the dance hall next door. If not for the cute cats and manager Tee’s excellent service I’d recommend everyone to stay elsewhere but they really did a lot to make up for the bad.

We paid $90 for a complimentary breakfast. However, there wasn’t a buffet-style station. Instead, there was a young man taking orders and preparing the food himself. As you can imagine, it took forever for him to serve everyone. But that’s not even the worst part—the breakfast was terrible! The eggs were burnt and unappetizing, the pancakes fell apart when you tried to pick them up with a fork, and the “fruit” was just a basic fruit cup, not even fresh. They really need to hire someone to cook while another person takes orders.

Nice but needs better signage
Nice room. Hard to get on the frontage road the fist time. Also, the name on the hotel was only visible from one direction.

I travel often, the price is same as other places that offer free breakfast and front desk help 24 hours. It's been two days and they charged my card with deposit that is not mentioned on any place and I'm still waiting for the refund.
