Ina Draper is without question the most wonderful front desk lady we have ever met and I traveled 30 years for work! She is helpful and kind and friendly and great to talk to. Makes you feel like home! Give her a raise!!!

The room was very clean and everything was in order. The room had lots of amenities. The only reason I did not rate this as a 5 is not even something the hotel can fix. It is right next to major traffic arteries so it was really hard to sleep due to horns honking, sirens, loud engine noises and constant traffic. Maybe if better insulation and windows were used it would be able to block the noise but it was enough of a burden I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

I can not believe I only found this franchise under IHG now. It is sooooooo good. Exceeding my expectations. From the room layout, spaciousness, to service and equipment. Everything is perfect. Although it doesn’t provide breakfast, for staying longer, cooking a simple breakfast at the well equipped kitchen is a joy. Candlewood will become my choice for any trip longer than 3 days for sure.

The electronic lock to my room door repeatedly quit working. At one point, my family and I had to sit in the hallway for 30 minutes while hotel staff tried to get the door open. Completely unacceptable.

People above us sounded like they were running and jumping til 2am.
Bathroom door must be shut or door to room will hit against it.
No creamer or sugar ect... to go with coffee
Weird smell from fridge
Silverware appeared dirty

Nice property, but avoid the ADA rooms
The property was updated and very clean. The layout of the suite was not ideal, however, as both the bathroom and the closet were located right by the front door and not in the bedroom. The only drawer in the kitchen was way down by the floor, requiring one to bend way over just to get a spoon. Overall not convenient.

I liked the outdoor area with the decor and BBQ Grill. I liked my room with the fridge, microwave, and stove top burners. The bathroom was very clean and spacious. All in all it was a relaxing and eye pleasing experience.

I wish I would have realized it didn't have breakfast before I booked. I honestly didn't know there were any hotels out there that didn't at least have a small breakfast, this was just coffee only and everything else was to buy. But otherwise a good room to sleep in
