Great service from the hotel staff, very comfortable beds and 24/7 reception team. Also very quiet inside the hotel. I stayed for 8 nights and was very happy with my stay.

We again stayed at the Travelodge East Grinstead weekend and everything was good helpful staff clean rooms shower and bathroom was impeccable and clean and Staff was always on hand to help us

Nice, clean and tidy - no complaints and perfect for our needs Easy check in procedure - and we were a late check in due to a late flight. Not far from Gatwick Airport. Breakfast box option - although we chose to go into town

Duncan! Duncan is a stellar member of the Travelodge family and should be cherished! I got to this hotel later in the afternoon, with my car and Duncan was able to process the line of people checking in before me in a swift manner, and when it got to my turn he had all the patience in the world to clearly explain the complex public parking rules in the surrounding area. Thanks to Duncan I navigated all that mess in and saved a few pound on unnecessary public parking fees. Furthermore the hotel is splendid, freshly renovated, conveniently located and the rooms are space age comfortable. You easily got my 5 stars!

我们经常住在这里，因为家人住在附近。工作人员非常乐于助人，但停水已经两天了，一次坏了，修好了，又坏了。现在住在爱彼迎 (Air B and B)。两个不同区域的排水沟都坏了，导致酒店门前倾泻而下。
酒店还行，员工不行。需要换房间，说有很多空房，但工作人员说无法换，于是打电话到预订中心，给了他们一个号码，他们说只能由酒店工作人员换。催促后，工作人员说可以换，会回电。但一直没有回电。糟糕的客户服务。
窗户打不开，空调也坏了。我试过几次调节温度，但结果都一样。房间里的空气令人窒息。我给3分（满分5分），因为淋浴和床都很棒。
遗憾的是周五和周六的房费要翻倍，但除此之外，性价比很高。如果您正在寻找干净且位置优越的床位，我推荐您入住。
酒店位于市中心，没有私人停车场，没有特大号床，与网站上的促销相反，但床垫很好，房间干净，除了窗帘杆上有一个大蜘蛛网，浴室非常干净，每人只有一条毛巾，有点小可以寄存衣服，很安静，酒店没有早餐，但就在对面的街上，很好，早餐丰盛又便宜。
