Everything about this hotel was perfect. The room was very nice, clean and it had quiet ventilation system. I think they had the best elevators I have ever rode. Parking lot is well lit for security of our car.

THERE HAS BEEN EXCESSIVE/DISRUPTIVE NOISES AT THIS HOTEL THE LAST TWO TIMES WE STAYED HERE. THE WATER PRESSURE WAS VERY LOW THIS MORNING IN THE SHOWER AND SINK FOR ROOM 205. PROBABLY WILL CHOOSE DIFFERENT SITE ON NEXT TRIP.

Upon keycard pickup, we were directed to the wrong side of the building, so when we parked and brought all of our bags in, our room was on the opposite side if the building. The room was very nice and comfortable. The morning breakfast... bacon was great, sausage okay,biscuits and gravy were atrocious. I will definitely stay here again, but only attend breakfast for bacon and cereal. The biscuits taste like moldy carboard.

Breakfast was just microwave type food. I booked with american express card they boast early check in and late check out but staff had never heard of anything like that before.

Rooms were good. Night staff was rude! I was able to check in no problems. Was given one room key. I gave the key to my daughter because I was meeting my son and just figured I would get another one when I got back….. the front desk refused to give me another key saying the reservation was under my husbands name (who wasn’t there) instead of mine when clearly I had already checked in under my name previously. We had to have management called and my husband called just to get another key, when my belongings and child were already in the room.
