The hotel smelt clean but the floors in our room were torn up and stick. The pull out couch was disgusting, scratched up and moldy. The whole place did not look like the pictures provided and was really run down and we will never be staying there again when we go back to visit

Staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was ok at best. Killed one small cockroach and while I was checking out saw a bigger one. Microwave didn't work either. Mattress protector was ripping.

Never recommend to anyone
This is one of the worst experience I have ever had for staying in this hotel. Every room is smelly. Not enough towel supply. Microwave was not working for first 5 days then they changed my room and in new room internet was not working. just payhetic experience. Some staffs are good but most of them are not knowledgeble enough to interact with guest problems.

Great, hard working “real” staff!
The staff is friendly and extremely helpful to the guests and their individual needs. Everyone on staff is helpful and will go up and beyond to help you, if needed. I can’t say enough nice things about them all.
