Gem in the heartland
Highly recommend this jewel of a hotel in downtown Topeka. It was nice to be able
to walk to the capitol and see some sights on a Saturday night. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. My husband enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was exceptionally clean. If I’m ever in Topeka again, I would stay here.

Overall a great stay!
The staff was great, the whole place was clean! The only issue I had was that I asked for an accessible room as I use a wheelchair and the room that I was given was not accessible. Luckily I'm pretty ambulatory I can walk out of my wheelchair short distances so I made it work. In the future I will specifically ask for them to go and see the room with me.

This is a lovely place to stay and the staff are helpful and friendly. I wish the room had a place to sit other than on the bed. Otherwise, a great stay.
