Absolutely terrible 2 and a half hours we waited for dinner and even after that I didn't get what I ordered went to the room and heating wasn't working I tried to find someone to fix it but couldn't then the WiFi is the worst I have ever experienced in any hotel anywhere then went for breakfast after not sleeping because it was freezing and there was over an hour queue so we went and didn't have breakfast the rooms are tired and had holes in the net curtains overall I will never stay in a premier inn ever again it was a disgrace from start to finish

We regularly use Premier inn hotels and on the whole we're very happy with them, unfortunately this one doesn't fall into that category. While I understand it is going through some improvements, our room looked very old and tatty, which we could get by with, but the constant smell in the bathroom was akin to a sewage works, sealant was peeling away from behind the toilet, there was also mold in the shower, the room itself had not been cleaned properly, I reported both to reception (when there was finally someone on) and the room was cleaned but the smell remained in the bathroom, I even purchased some air freshener and surface cleaner to try and mask the smell. Also and not directly the hotels fault but the constant sound of footsteps from the upstairs room (2am pacing up and down for a hour) shows the sound proofing to be inadequate, finally the bed wasn't upto the usual Premier inn standards

Great hotel lovely stsff as a family of 4 we had everything you could need. Thanks guys we will be back in season. Rhyl is a colourfull place and we really enjoy the area

Would not recommend firstly told no food, no heating, room not clean and so much more. Extremely disappointed and staff at reception were not the usual warm friendly greating. Certainly won't be back and not sure I will be using Premier Inn again!! Also others in the party hadn't a great experience with plumbing issues, face off the bath, loud banging and disturbance from other guests - complained and no help or change of room offered nor refund. Apparently no rooms available!!

I am writing to formally complain about an appalling stay at one of your hotels on the night of 24 January. Our initial room was completely unacceptable. There were bed bugs present, and to make matters worse, there was human faeces on the toilet roll holder. This is a shocking failure of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards, and something no guest should ever experience. After reporting this, we were moved to another room. However, staff offered no assistance whatsoever with moving our luggage, despite the circumstances. This was particularly disappointing given that my girlfriend is 11 weeks pregnant. The second room was also unsuitable, as it was unbearably hot, making it extremely uncomfortable and difficult to rest. What should have been a simple overnight stay turned into a stressful and upsetting experience, which was especially hard given my girlfriend’s pregnancy. Overall, this stay fell drastically below the standard we expect from Premier Inn, and the lack of care, hygiene, and support shown by staff is unacceptable. I would appreciate a full investigation into this matter and a response outlining what steps will be taken, as well as appropriate compensation for what we experienced. I look forward to hearing from you as a matter of urgency.

staff and workmen don't care about disabled people both staff and the workmen doing the refurb take up the disabled bays and then the staff member who was not even working and no blue badge told me to park in the other car park ,, EVEN after i told him i only have ONE leg..... Also when we booked and it was 2 days before arrival there was no mention of restaurant closed for refurb so we had to go searching for food , after using premier inn for years , this will be the last time ....

Very impressive experience staying here! Nearly went for a dip in the sea. It was dark in the room at night and perfect bouncy mattress. Will stay again:)
