Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive, especially at check-in. The highlight was the breakfast. It was clear the chef took real pride in the food, with excellent quality and preparation that stood out from the usual hotel offering. A real credit to the team and somewhere I’d happily stay again.

We had a lovely stay at our local Bude Premier Inn, it was very clean, the room was great the bed super comfy and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fabulous, we had not pre-booked our breakfast, but that was no bother to the chef, Tony who had soon whipped up a full buffet for us in no time! We were even asked how we wanted our eggs cooked and breakfast was even brought out to us which was a lovely personal touch! The Manager, Chloe was also very lovely and super helpful! Perfect location for town and beaches. The only downside is there is no on site parking but there are car parks located close by. Great stay at a very reasonable price, we would definately recommend and stay again.

Can't knock the room it was clean and tidy the only thing we got annoyed about was finding a letter slipped under the door to say someone had been smoking on our floor it made us feel as if it was aimed at us even Tho we do not smoke anywhere near our child due to him having Cronic lungs and needing oxygen at night so I think the letter should be given out to who is smoking or not at all as it made us feel very un easy other then that I can't fault the place and the staff was lovely it did get a bit noisy at night due to the pub next door and people going to the club down the road as we were at the front of the building which would of been better with a young child to be at the back but that's not the staffs fault

Always a good experience Taylor on front of house is so welcoming and Tony the chef is very helpful and keeps the kitchen well stocked The only down side is no car park Will defo stay again

Recent stay at Bude for somewhere to stay after our Xmas party. Lovely room, comfortable bed, pillows and duvet. Heating easy to using. Lovely shower and bathroom facilities. The breakfast was amazing. Cooked by Tony who was super friendly and showed fabulous hospitality. A great selection available. All the staff have been friendly and the whole stay was easy.

Great 👍 .staff beds comfy very great value food vslue fir your brass parking none existent .imagine dick turpin turning up .sorry sir you cant bring your horse as we havnt got stables...ie upu do say your a inn.

Comfortable and convient. No car parking, short walk from councill car park. Short time parking outside hotel for unloading. but was all taken.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting family in the area. The only reason for the 2 stars is down to the staff who were excellent at every stage. Without the staff the score would be a zero. The hotel is shabby and very out dated. Poor amenities in the room with lacklustre heating. No glass to drink from in the bathroom, awful tissue dispenser instead of toilet roll. Just small things but just cheapened the experience, stayed in better equipped Ed hostels to be honest. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were like wet sand bags so not a good sleep unfortunately. The decoration is straight out of the 80’s and really needs dragging into the current decade. The location is great though. Right at the start of town so plenty of scope for exploring the town. Saturday nights can be fruity with a pub next door. Had great fun at 1am watching and listening to the street fights and arguments outside my window. Such a shame but they practically have the monopoly on beds in Bude and seem to use this to keep it cheap and sell higher than it’s worth.

We really enjoyed our stay, th room was well equipt, clean and tidy. Customer service was excellent- especially Vinnie at reception. Any help we needed she was quick to do her best to help in any way that she could. We will certainly be coming back.
