Premier Inns can be a generic experience, however this hotel was a unique experience. The colleagues who run this hotel clearly care about what they do, and there was almost the feel of a family run business at times. Nothing was too much trouble, and a special nod should go to Tony in the kitchen - the food felt cooked to order, rather than buffet. Ideally located for the beautiful town of Bude, a top tip would be to pay a little more for a front room with a view. For the sake of balance, I should say that Whitbread need to work on the windows for us fresh air enthusiasts.

Stayed at Bude Premier last weekend and absolutely loved it! Well positioned in town but close to the sea, it is a smallish Premier, fairly new, with tidy rooms and furnishings. The cooked breakfast (kindly cooked by super friendly Tony and John) was superb and fresh and set us up for the day. Already booked to return in April as we enjoyed Bude and the Premier at Bude so much.

5/5 clean room , comfortable bed , great view , nice and hot running water for baths or showers. Breakfast was amazing ands kids eat free they loved the breakfast to . Definitely would stay again.

Went for the full breakfast and it was exceptional from the fresh cooked food to the friendly staff, shout out to chef Tony he’s a master in the kitchen and incredibly friendly

Amazing breakfast, better than a majority of premiers we’ve stayed in. Cracking scrambled eggs, good sausages, and service to a smile. Thank you to Tony the chef, and Chloe the manager on shift, really went the extra mile to provide a good service.

Great stay overall. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very attentive, especially at check-in. The highlight was the breakfast. It was clear the chef took real pride in the food, with excellent quality and preparation that stood out from the usual hotel offering. A real credit to the team and somewhere I’d happily stay again.

We had a lovely stay at our local Bude Premier Inn, it was very clean, the room was great the bed super comfy and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was fabulous, we had not pre-booked our breakfast, but that was no bother to the chef, Tony who had soon whipped up a full buffet for us in no time! We were even asked how we wanted our eggs cooked and breakfast was even brought out to us which was a lovely personal touch! The Manager, Chloe was also very lovely and super helpful! Perfect location for town and beaches. The only downside is there is no on site parking but there are car parks located close by. Great stay at a very reasonable price, we would definately recommend and stay again.
