Couldn't be more happy!! From check in to check out the accommodation, food and service was fantastic. Any issues were solved withing moments. I am disabled, cealiac and lactose free. They were extremely accommodating to every need. Minimising cross contamination. Food was top notch for all the family and myself. Breakfast was great. Sadly couldn't have normal sausages as they are not gluten free but the vegan ones were delicious and gluten free. Beds were comfortable for my painful body. 😅 Rooms had their own heating systems which was fantastic. They even left us biscuits and sweets treats and colouring for the kids. Made our stay that bit more amazing! We have been having a stressful time and this just made our break away so much better! Bonus the price was fantastic bed, breakfast and dinner all for £111 for one night! Couldn't go wrong. Amazing customer service from all! All so happy, bubbly and energetic. I could only remember one lady's name Bernadette. I think 😅 The chef was fantastic. So thank you for the great food and the great knowledge of coeliac. Definitely staying again and at other premier inns!!

I have stayed at Premier Inn and other hotel chains many times across the country. I was amazed to read on the door handle tag that "if" I required my room servicing I should contact reception and let them know before midday. As the hotel appeared to being run on a skeleton staff I eventually asked the person who appeared to be in charge of breakfast to make a note of my requirements. The response was I shall make a note and pass it on but they are very busy today and may not be able to get to you. I returned to my room to collect my coat etc. rendering to book a time slot for my evening meal at 6pm. No one at all in reception, gave up and went out for the day. Upon return to my room that afternoon, still dirty cups, unmade bed etc. Went down for dinner at 6pm, told I should have booked as they were very busy, as they only had one chef. Earliest I could eat was 7pm

I have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and this is a typical good value one in a good location. When I arrived I was checked in by the friendly and efficient receptionist. Couldn't fault the room - it was nice and clean and - most importantly - quiet, so I had a good nights sleep.

Got a reasonable mid week price, coinciding with a good surf forecast. Room was clean and comfy, and the temp control worked for once. Free plentiful parking. The bathroom needs to have the painting finished, and the extraction fan was not working. Restaurant is not open to walk ins or guests unless pre booked which is strange. Plenty of pubs/inns nearby though.

I often stay in Premier Inns as on the whole they are consistently good however on this occasion the hotel didn't live up the expected standard: Sweet wrappers on the room floor (reported to staff on check out, would have been reported earlier if there had been anyone to report it to). Shower a dribble at best. Why has Whitbread decided toilet paper should come in tiny squares that need wrestling out of the dispenser? Windows don't open at all so a warm night even in December. I didn't want a drink which was fortunate as there didn't seem to be any staff to serve anyway. Breakfast was particularly disappointing (I'd unfortunately booked ahead) the very apologetic staff member informed me due to a delivery not arriving they had no sausage, mushrooms or yoghurt & as it turned out no pain au chocolat either. In my opinion this was a problem for management to solve (perhaps something really radical like going to a shop) & should not be the guest's problem. Also it wasn't the advertised buffet but a plated breakfast with hash browns I can only presume had been boiled to remove any danger of being crispy.

A fabulous experience. We were cared for by a super friendly efficient team. Our room was clean comfortable and quiet. The food at breakfast and dinner was particularly tasty and great value for money. An easy walk into the town.
