I would highly recommend staying here staff were amazing especially the manager she went above and beyond made my daughters 21st birthday even more memorable thank you so much for your kindness and for a wonderful stay breakfast 10/10 lots to choose from and our room was clean tidy beds comfortable even better a huge bath would highly recommend and definitely stay again I’d give 10 ⭐️ if I could 😊

The accessible room ticked all the boxes. Wet room, shower chair, high toilet, taps etc easy to operate, plenty of space. Bedroom also well planned and easy to get round. New menu in the restaurant is an improvement with plenty of healthy options, I recommend Mediterranean Sea Bass and Meal Deal two course dinner and breakfast is good value. Also recommend the Premier Inn, Continental breakfast. Staff, particularly Rory and Sandra were very welcoming and helpful, Only problem is finding the entrance of the car park!

房间很干净，床很舒服，设施不错，但不适合带婴儿旅行。婴儿床根本不合适，工作人员知道这个问题，但没有能力解决这个问题。我们还在下午 4:30 办理了入住手续，需要早点吃晚饭，因为必须早点哄宝宝睡觉，但餐厅关门了，如果网站上有广告，我们就会想办法解决。结果，我们不得不点外卖，因为我们饿坏了。
毛巾很脏。没有道歉。没有交谈。退房时，工作人员只是耸耸肩，说“哦，那我换一下。”酒店可能正在衰落。我住在这里的其他时间总体上还不错。另外，他们不接电话。情况并非总是如此。
