Friendly staff. Clean room. Easy parking. A bit loud in the area due to bars and a railroad nearby but overall a good stay for a quick trip.

Stayed for 2 nights with my son for a tournament. Safe, clean, excellent location at the end of the street downtown so it was quiet at night. Yummy breakfast every morning. Convenient parking in lot across the street. Only qualm I had was our room wasn’t cleaned Saturday and when I inquired, I was told I needed to request it. I was not aware daily cleaning was not automatic. Otherwise, great place; would definitely stay there again!

After two nights, I stopped by the front desk and asked for maid service for our remaining day. Upon our return, the room was not made/ cleaned. We spent three nights without room service.

Stayed here for my birthday and it was perfect! Great location and amenities. They did have an unexpected surcharge of about $30 but they did offer a $15 bar credit.

Upon arriving we were encountered by a man asking for money very aggressively. Staff communicated with him to not to continue to approach us. The man didn’t listen and proceeded to ask again for more money even after we gave him the cash we had, we then had to walk in the dark and park our vehicle across the street. Needless to say we didn’t sleep well as we were concerned about the safety of our belongings. The hotel it self is beautiful and exceptional in cleanliness. Unfortunate location.

The pool was closed, so I could not enjoy that. Had to switch rooms on check in due to the first room a/c no blowing, and the refrigerator was frozen and not working. The remote for the TV was missing. When moved to 2nd room, it was much better. No complaints on 2nd room
