我对这家酒店赞不绝口，每次来城里打冰球都会住在这里。我们被安排在走廊尽头，靠近后停车场门口。我们来这里参加春季冰球选拔赛，原本以为这里会是一如既往的高档安静氛围。结果整晚门都被砰砰地关着。到处都是烟味，而且到深夜还不断有人争吵。我并没有因此而对酒店有什么不满，只是这次入住体验真的很失望。这家酒店的员工总是很棒，而且总是竭尽全力。我们一定会再来的。

The person who checked in was very helpful. We only got a double bed instead of two beds. Our room was not made up even though when we left there were THREE cleaning carts on the floor. They did bring up clean towels and linens. The morning breakfast if you want to call it was mediocre at best. The worst was the coffee and it was nothing more than colored water and barely warm. Totally unacceptable.

Clean, nice room, but staff refused to address noise issues...2 women 6 kids in hot tub screaming heads off until 1030 at night..so loud kept 1 whole side of motel awake, when contacted front desk their response was they have a right to be there too..tjey didnt care about the insane noise.
