One night stay staff were very nice food was good we booked deluxe room which was ok house keeping need to pay attention the room was very dusty and in need of a goof clean out at the front entrance where people smoke the area littered with cigarettes attention to detail is a must

Really enjoyed our stay here. Such a beautiful old house full of character and charm. Real fire in the sitting room just does it for us, with a glass in hand. The evening meal and breakfast was hearty and delicious. We and our dogs were made to feel so welcome. The room was cosy and charming with tea and coffee facilities and a lovely bathroom. We are most definitely going back.

Cancelled few times as had family stuff going on, Leanne was amazing in letting us change , we had room 2 it was so big 4 poster bed, massive bathroom, the food was absolutely delicious, will definitely be back , all staff were so friendly, thank you Leanne xxx

Stayed overnight for an event at the hotel. Family joined us for a birthday meal. I can only thank all the staff for everything. The evening meal and breakfast the following morning were absolutely amazing. The staff at the bar and on reception could not do enough extremely friendly and attentive. Yes maybe the rooms are needing upgraded but we stayed in room2 and we were very happy with it . Very clean warm and comfortable. Great job to all. Thanks very much x

This is a wonderful building, full of character, the gardens are beautiful and well cared-for. The downstairs areas are comfortable with spotless windows, the food is a strength here, with one of the best breakfasts of my fortnight's touring holiday, and a good evening meal. Staff at reception and serving breakfast were charming and efficient, although others seemed to be less confident. The room was comfortable, with a nice view. However, there were a few peculiarities which let things down a bit. The television had a very patchy reception, and only one of the taps on the handbasin functioned. Neither of the bathtaps worked, and the shower was rather noisy. This was such a shame, as it did take the shine off things a little. Overall though, I enjoyed the stay, and would certainly be happy to return.

Booked a room in September paying extra for the free cancellation. Unfortunately due to illness I had to cancel which I did within the allocated time. I was still charged the cost and it has taken me 3 days to sort it out. The hotel still maintains the cancellation was after the date so no money from them, thankfully the booking agent has sorted it out and a partial payment has been arranged.

当然，这家酒店值得稍微翻新一下，但它在这座古老而漂亮的建筑中却有其魅力。工作人员非常令人愉快，早餐很齐全。当然，如果天气允许的话，我们可以坐在花园里喝一杯。
这个地方非常好，但离任何地方都很远，我们在该地区走了一圈，有一个高尔夫球场和非常漂亮的房子，它需要改造和更多的清洁，食物很好，工作人员非常友好。
