I had a random guess somehow get access to my room, noise levels are awful, you can hear every movement above you. We had to clean out bath before using it as it still had hair in 🤢 Booked a breakfast box to find there was no gluten free alternative so basically paid for something I could not even use! There are no phones in the room so in the event of needing assistance or reception you have to google the hotel to make contact and are then charged for the the privilege First time I have felt unsafe in a hotel, the whole experience was shocking

Went for a night away from the children and decided to go to Telford - this was easy to book and very close to the drinks and food places and the main shopping centre! will be staying again!

Great location and perfectly situated for meals and drinks out, but better still were the staff and their attention to detail. Nicky is to thank for that as the room was spotless and she’d also dealt with my request for extra towels quickly, and professionally. I’d honestly had the worst day ever until I checked in but her friendliness and courtesy was very much appreciated and completely turned my day around; thank you Nicky, you’re a star. I’d definitely stay here again.

It is not cleaning and bathroom facilities are really bad arrangement. We speak with management but they didn’t arrange the facilities. Bath room hand wash and bathroom wash are left.

Nice clean hotel, comfortable beds and lovely view if you are at the back. Fantastic location to the international centre, shops, restaurants, cinema, tenpin bowling and ice rink. Hope to return again next year

Ian, the manager at Travelodge Telford, was extremely helpful and accommodating during our stay. He really took the time to understand our requirements and was more than happy to help, which made a big difference. His positive attitude and professionalism stood out, and he is truly an asset to Travelodge. We will definitely visit again.

Stay at Travelodge Telford was first class. The hotel is situated in an excellent place with local shops, eateries and parking all in close proximity. The hotel is modern and stylish with comfortable well equipped rooms staff were also helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Stayed here a few times and it's always so lovely. Staff friendly, great location and lovely views. Great value. We asked for a room with a view and as always it was sorted, this means such a lot so don't change and we'll be back again.
