Courtyard Marriott Alpharetta great stay

The hotel is very convenient to the interstate as well as shops. Check in was easy and quick. The from the desk clerk was courteous and helpful and gave recommendations on local restaurants as well as what is offered at the hotel. Great stay!

General Manager Resci emailed in response to a question I asked prior to check in, and then we spoke. I was most impressed at her attentiveness.

Josh, at the front desk, was a blessing the entire trip! He made great recommendations for shopping and restaurants. He was working alone our first night and multi- tasked with ease!! I am grateful for his professionalism and care! This property is exceptionally clean and the lobby smells wonderful. The reservations indicated there would be sofa sleepers in each of the 3 rooms; there were none. Not sure what happened. Overall, I loved our stay here and will stay in the future.

Truly enjoyed my stay. There were very minor reasons for my review. (1) I did find bits of paper and candy wrap on the floor in the room upon arrival. (2) The restaurant/bar amenities never had a staff member designed to that area which did not help it look inviting. Hence, no one was there. It would seem the front desk associate was also running the food and bar. This was disappointing as we choose this place due to the those amenities however we just choose to walk to the Avalon across the street. Overall, if you are looking for a clean, quiet, and safe place to live near the Avalon area this hotel is a great option!

Some bleach stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom, showing "age." A mysterious 6-inch brown streak on the bathroom ceiling (chocolate? something more sinister?) Too high up for housekeeping to easily get to, I suppose. A clothing price tag from Marshalls, snipped off an Xmas gift (it was three days ago) no doubt by the previous guest, under the ottoman. Sofa settee with obvious dirt & stains. Overall, a great place, but not the "9.2" claimed, more like a solid 7.5.
