Our stay was awesome, highlight: our food delivery did not send plates with our food the bartender gave us plates silverware and napkins. Its a little thing but meant a lot.

It was a nice place, but apparently we are doomed to a future of wet bathroom floors. With no door on the shower it was just going to happen.

The button to call elevators was broken and had to take stairs all weekend. There was also children running up and down hallways, jumping on beds over our heads. The parents were all outside by the fire pit while their children terrorized the hotel building and other patrons. Nearly got hit with a soccer ball coming into the building by other kids kicking a soccer ball into the building. It was a madhouse.

I also apologize for the sports group that was booked at the hotel as we do have security if we had complaints of noise. I sincerely hope that you would consider to stay with us again so we can make your next stay better.

No big issue BUT, under the sink, red spots on the wall, tiles were grimy and caked on dirt along the wall. Bathtub had a few black spots.

Great and beautiful location for our event. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Shopping and restaurants close. Microwave not in room but on every floor, with laundry room. Loved it! Highly recommend.
