We absolutely place this hotel as one of the best we have stayed in. All of the staff, from the check in desk to the breakfast staff the next morning, all were the best. The rooms immaculate and lots of TV selections. The rooms were so clean and the bed so comfortable. This will be our choice of hotel from now on in Pensacola. Breakfast was top rate. Lots of selections and delicious. The staff there like family. Thanks Marriott!

We checked in late, yet the two young men at the desk were helpful and friendly. The room was so clean and nice. It came with a good breakfast. It was just a stop over for the rest of our drive but we will stay there again.

After a lot of searching, I found this hotel near the airport. Everything I found had bedbugs except this one. We arrived and it was clean and immaculate, and everything was bleached and white. Comfortable bed and you got several streaming channels for free, which was a nice perk. If you’re looking to stay near the airport, this is the one.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. This was our second time at this hotel. The location is perfect near stores and 15 minutes to Pensacola beach.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. The front office was welcoming. Breakfast was the best ever. The housekeeping staff are perfectionists. We have stayed at this hotel before, what a treat to return. Every employee deserves five stars. They treated us like family.

I booked a room at this hotel, and then they canceled the reservation the day of my stay because I had recently changed my card. They only sent me one email late in the day about the cancellation, which I did not get in flight. I showed up to the property at nearly midnight and was told they had no rooms and that I could try a hotel across the street. For this inconvenience, they offered me 5,000 Bonvoy points and didn’t even respond to my follow up emails. I’m extremely disappointed in this experience and the customer service and would advise you to look elsewhere.

Book this hotel! I have all good things to say. From the staff, greeted with a bottle of water and chocolates upon check in- very clean, great spacious room, full kitchen. Breakfast was always delicious. House keeping said good morning everyday and asked if we needed anything. We grilled by the pool, hung out by the fire pit. My son stayed on the basketball court the whole weekend.
They accommodated our late check out due to a basketball game we had to rush to. Overall 10/10 would absolutely stay again.
