Staff was lovely could not do more for us so attentive and went the extra mile , we had a lovely dinner in the billiards room with the staff singing to us and an anniversary cake for our friends . Sigi was one of the best I hand experienced in hospitality on this trip . He was always smiling and greeted us by our names. We also came back to our room one day to a lovely surprise of our tub being filled with bubbles after a long day at the crater , with some chocolates!

Upon our arrival at the Manor at Ngorongoro, we were greeted with exceptional service. The staff was incredibly welcoming, and we were treated to hot towels and a comprehensive tour of the property. After a game drive, we returned to our room to find a warm bath drawn, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere. The service at the Manor was truly exceptional, with our head waiter, Sigi, standing out as an outstanding individual. He went above and beyond to ensure that every meal and dining experience was perfect for everyone. The food was delicious and prepared to perfection. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and luxurious stay.
