We love this hotel and stay everytime we vist our family in Oregon. The front desk staff are the best and we love the pool and breakfast

It was OK. Was clean. Only downside was it didn’t look like the pictures and the room was very small and had horrible lighting in the rooms. It always felt so dark. The ironing board needs to be bigger and not be a table top ironing board. Had us sitting on the floor trying to iron out clothes.

Room was clean, but hotel attendant knocked on our door at midnight asking for our credit card. She claimed we didn’t leave one at check in (we had) and she needed it for incidentals. There is no minibar in the room…what incidentals could we have had?

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean and the rooms were nice. Beds were very comfortable. We would stay here agin when in the Madison area.

入住体验糟透了，我从未见过这种情况。下午4点入住，房间却直到5点以后才打扫干净。我们全程都坐在大厅里等着，还有很多人跟我们一样很生气。
你们给我们安排了一间根本不需要的残疾人客房。房间只打扫了一次，而且就在我们离开前。
房子比较新，非常干净。设施齐全，员工热情友好，而且很容易找到。去麦迪逊地区非常方便。
