这家住宿整体体验很不错,设施齐全、干净整洁,环境卫生做得很到位。离市中心步行仅需30分钟左右,出行十分方便。前台服务人员态度热情周到,待人亲切,整体性价比高,住得舒心又安心。
房间位置还算方便吧,然后是在乔治市中心,离网红麦当劳走路大概5/6分钟,离gama超市也不是很远,然后但是离壁画街走路的话,可能还是需要走点路15分钟的。然后它的双卧套房还是不错的,方便家庭出行,如果带老人带小朋友的话都比较方便一点。市中心总归是比较方便的。

本次出行最不满意的酒店。带着老人12点到了, 要求early check in,前台那个经理满口答应但是根本没有反应,好吧这不是必须的义务, 我也认了。然后2点50分的时候我又去问, 跟我说只有一个房间ready,另外一个房间也没有好。然后我看着这个时候刚来的别人办理入住了, 又问他, 跟我说是不同的房型,呵呵。 酒店的规定是12点check out, 3点check in, 3个小时打扫不好两个房间吗我请问呢? 反正有求无应是入住这两天的常态 ,虽然地点方便, 但是真心不推荐。
第一天凌晨入住就发现临马路无隔音,一早没睡提出换房,商家答复无房可换,第二次又是一夜噪音无法入睡,第三天一早提出取消最后一天的预定,与携程客服反映,商家拒绝,说可以换房。但加上第二天没有人打扫卫生,房间设施陈旧等等我们已无心情再继续住下去。只能浪费一晚住宿费。在此还是感谢携程客服的尽力协调。只是提醒国内去的旅人注意谨慎预定不要踩雷。这次马来西亚旅行非常不开心的一次体验。
虽然位置不是那么的靠近游客吃东西和玩的区域 但有一点不得不说 我们是靠里面的房间 真的非常安静非常安静 这个太重要了 前面在里面住了两家每天都快疯了 车轮子像从我头顶压过去 还是念经的六点过就开始折磨人 这家很干净 虽然东西备品比较简单 但是能睡好觉非常好!!!!
厕所有点反臭,其他都还不错. 前台还借了电源转接头. 有窗户,但是不能开,过道有一点霉味,和亚庇的那种没有窗户的过道比起来好太多. 装修简单. 干净. 被子是洗过那种.
这家酒店非常友好,尤其是前台接待员。他看起来很年轻,但我不太确定他的名字。我肯定会再来的。
酒店服务热情,门口小哥主动帮忙拿行李 ,搬行李。房间打扫干净,走进走出都打声招呼,让我们感到很温馨。转换器坏了,晚上寻问前台,值班小哥马上找了一个借给我们,很感动。
大多数电视频道都看不了……
洗发水和沐浴露的瓶子太高了,刚好卡在架子里……想象一下你得把手伸进去按压洗发水有多不方便(见附图)。
不过,不得不说洗手盆上方那个小小的金属置物架是我见过最棒的简约设计之一……它能让你整齐地摆放洗漱用品,而且不会弄湿!👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
那位来自尼泊尔的门童非常友好和细心,每次进出酒店都让人感觉很棒!👍🏼
