The room was very clean, bigger than an ordinary room and I slept like a rock even though the hotel is right next to a busy freeway.

Clean, friendly staff, the room was larger than expected.. plenty of room. The walls or ceilings were very thin. Heard a lot of noise. Very convenient and close to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

My check-in with Don was smooth. He was professional and knowledgeable. My check-out was not so great. The representative was unprofessional and was unable to answer simple questions regarding charges.

The property was clean but we did not have hot water for 1 full day. The water pressure was horrible the entire time of our stay.

I liked the convenience of being close to the Houston Airport. The price, location and overall conditions of the facility were acceptable. At time of check in my reservation was not found on the hotel's system. I contacted ******* and the representative was able to call the hotel and after one hour I was able to get a room. However, it was on the first floor, so there was a lot of street noise. The front desk person mentioned that was the only room left with the accommodations in my reservation. I imagine I would've had a better choice should my reservation were visible twelve days before when I booked it.
******* and Comfort Inn blamed each other for the mistake.

Your reservation never came to our system and that's why the front desk staff told you to contact ******* because that's how you reserved your reservation. The bedroom space felt to big it didn't feel comfy and not enough parking, we got late to the hotel and had to park around the back and I didnt feel safe. When checking out the next day I was asked how was my stay and I mention that TV wasn't working and the Front desk lady said "I know we have been having issues".
