The staff was incredibly nice abd helpful! The breakfast was the best I have seen so far, delicious food, spoiled for choice and unlike many hotels - great coffee! The restaurant has amazing seasonal choices and they offer a great variety of wines (their own produce as well as imported ones) The spa and the hotel were clean and welcoming, they offer great view towards the garden and the outside pool. It’s a great place to visit all year round!

Villa Sintica is a true masterpiece! The ambience is incredible—sophisticated, tranquil, and perfectly Mediterranean. You can tell the management cares deeply about the guest experience because the attention to detail is excellent, from the room aesthetics to the seamless service. The real star, however, is the restaurant. The food is phenomenal and borders on gourmet; every meal was a highlight of our trip. It’s a must-visit for any food lover.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was really nice—large, bright, clean, quiet and spacious, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable visit. The indoor pool was a real highlight; it uses ozonated water instead of harsh chemicals, which made it feel much more pleasant and refreshing than most hotel pools. The spa area was also excellent, very relaxing and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the food at the restaurant as well—everything we tried was delicious and beautifully prepared. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Highly Recommended!!!!

Finally found a place to keep coming back. Everything is just amazingly thought-through and works as designed. The service is friendly, helpful, and super polite. All the facilities are excellent, and the inside swimming pool is the cherry on top. The food at the restaurant is to die for. The location is top-notch and gives you quick access to both Sandanski and all the lovely places nearby. At the same time, the hotel garden gives you piece, quiet, and privacy. Villa Sintica just has everything I need!

From the moment we arrived until the very sad moment of checking out, our stay was nothing short of exceptional. This is a truly stylish hotel where you can feel the care and thought put into every single detail. The rooms were immaculate, modern, and spacious, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows deserve a special mention. It really felt like sleeping on a cloud. The restaurant continued the theme of style and quality. The ambiance was elegant, the menu was diverse enough to suit every taste, and each dish was beautifully plated (a real feast for the eyes). Even better, the flavors fully lived up to the presentation. Everything tasted divine. The impressive wine selection elevated the experience even further, especially thanks to the knowledgeable staff, who consistently made spot-on recommendations to pair perfectly with our meals. The spa facilities were another highlight of the experience. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, with a dedicated kids’ pool that makes it perfect for families as well. My personal favorite ritual was moving from the sauna straight into the cold plunge pool – super refreshing, instantly wakes you up and it was the perfect way to get your day going. Breakfast was superb, with an excellent variety of options to choose from (a buffet style). Even though there were plenty of healthy options set out on the table, seeing mikitsa immediately caught my attention and I simply had to try them. They brought back childhood memories and, thankfully, tasted just as good as I remembered. Finally, the staff truly made this stay unforgettable. From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed and valued. Everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, and always greeted us with a smile. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a memorable and heartwarming experience.

Very cosy and probably one of the best in the area. From kind staff, to a wonderful room and a great breakfast. With a picky family about hotels this was above and beyond and everyone was so happy.
