As always, friendly staff, clean & plenty of breakfast items to choose from with the complimentary breakfast.
The only thing that needed attention was the shower had 2 conditioners instead of shampoo & conditioner, otherwise it was a great stay as per normal.

We have stayed here a couple of times a year for 3 years plus. The property is orderly and rooms are always clean.

The room show definite signs of a lack of maintenance. Tile falling off the wall, electronic lock cover fell off during my stay, the remote control kept falling apart, and the battery is falling out.
I did take photos of everything, and left all the broken pieces on the credenza.
Also, the coffee maker is so high up that it was very difficult to use

Staff was lovely. Our room was very clean. Breakfast had great options. There is a pool, no hot tub. They also sell some easy grab and go type foods/drinks for convenience.

Breakfast all items were fresh. Waffles were good. Nice seating area. Room was nice liked separate seating area away from bed. Would stay again. Been there before. Nice place

The facility was good and I had no issues with the hotel until the last of my 3 nights stay (10/22/2025). At 11:30 at night, two front desk employees (maybe one was night manager?) knocked on my door and when I answered, they told me that I was supposed to have checked out earlier that day and that I only booked 2 nights instead of 3 and that I wasn't supposed to be there. I tried to tell them that this was incorrect but they insisted I had overstayed and they were fairly rude and aggressive about it. They told me they had knocked on my door earlier that evening, I guess as an explanation as to why they were addressing this at 11:30 PM. They insisted that I was incorrect when I told them I had booked and paid for three nights so I asked if I could just pay now if that was true. They said yes and that I should meet them downstairs. After they left, I checked my reservation confirmation and I had indeed booked and paid for 3 nights. I took the confirmation downstairs and showed it to one of the two, and she then started researching the issue. They were still acting as if I had done something wrong. After a few minutes, they realized that I had booked three nights, and they both told me they were sorry for the inconvenience. It was not a great experience. Staff shouldn't treat customers this way regardless of the situation. I treated them with respect, and I would expect the same from them, especially when they could have resolved this without my involvement.
