We highly recommend this property. Very clean, friendly and helpful staff and very nice roomy. The offer full hot breakfast options. It is easily assessable from I-395 with ample parking and restaurants within walking distance.

Clean room comforters but all king beds are on the highway side and the room was very noisy from outside traffic.

The room was very clean and nice, the breakfast was good,. Miss Charee Davidson at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Maur Mendez the housekeeping lady was so nice. Only thing the NOISE from the vehicles from the street. I wanted to change my room but didn't i was told about the noise before I took it. Will stay again not on that side.

Room was nice size. Convenient location with several food options nearby. The sheets were super soft - a nice treat from the usual Hôtel sandpaper. Only issue was the noise. A bit of highway noise not too bad, very noisy heat and thin walls. Very loud group next door with several adults and screaming children

The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was surprisingly good, offering healthier options and a nice variety of food. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back the next time I’m in the Tri-Cities.
