Otherwise nice layout, very friendly and helpful staff.

It was okay for the price I guess. Before I arrived I got an email from the property that their check in would be closed from 8-11 pm and to email them if I would be arriving during this time and they’d give me the self check in instructions. I was planning on arriving before 8 but when my flight was delayed I emailed them. Never got a response. I waited until 11 pm and rang the doorbell a few times. No response. Then I called and reached the front desk and told him I was there. He let me in and told me I should have rung the doorbell. I told him I rung it repeatedly and either it doesn’t work or nobody answered. I told him I waited until 11 since the front desk was closed and he told me (very rudely and argumentatively) that the front desk is always open. I don’t know why he would tell me this and I would get an email the day before saying it’s closed. Anyway the stay was fine. I had heard reviews of bedbugs and I didn’t get bed bugs. The location is perfect. I was driving and there’s free and plentiful parking out front. Very close to the metro station and bars and restaurants are just 2 minutes walk away. My cubby had some stains on the wall like liquid that had dripped down and dried. I noticed the toilet had some stains in it which happens but it was still there the next day so I don’t think someone cleans it every day. It was kinda grungy overall but it was very cheap and I didn’t get bed bugs so I can’t complain too much
