The room overall seemed clean and was comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which had a few warm items on it. The staff we encountered were friendly or at least not mean. Our negatives were mostly minor but thought they should be mentioned. First there was water running all night long. We had been told it was in the room next door, and she was sleeping plus maintenance had already left for the day. While I guess we got used to it over, it did over some discomfort. Also, the chair for the desk was way too low and we could not adjust it up. We finally put a pillow on it, but a bit of a frustrating situation. Also, in the morning we realized our coffee maker still had grounds from a previous guest so obviously had not been cleaned. Finally, some of the wheels were flat on the luggage cart. We had been told that would be repaired the day we left. I did take a photo of the manager's email so I could write to them directly, but my photo was bad, and I couldn't make out the address. We would probably stay here again hoping the situations had been resolved.

This is a great hotel! Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, clean hotel room, and a comfortable bed. They also have make up lights for the bathroom mirror quite a luxury item! Across the street is an old style diner. It closes at three, so go early! They have huge portions, so plenty of food to eat then and to have a couple of meals in leftovers. If you have time, go to Jedi alliance arcade! They are rated the second best arcade in the nation. If you enjoy classic games and classic toys, then you'll have loads of fun and smiles at this location. Another must do, if you have the time, is going to The Garland Theater. This classic theater features loads of great movie memorabilia and a beautiful old time theater! Enjoy your time in Spokane!

I was a bit put off by the approach to the motel, but am familiar with Spokane so was ok. The desk clerk, Debbie, was amazing. There’s no shuttle to the airport but she prearranged an early taxi for me which worked great. It’s an older property but freshly painted & very clean. My room was newly, nicely and efficiently furnished- excellent lighting, comfortable bed. I’d stay there again. Thanks, Debbie!

Unique Spokane stay. Boutique style stay. Just right for my business stay. Refurbished iconic old Spokane Hotel (Kon Tiki) with nice small room. Staff excellent! Olga at front desk was outstanding. Professional and friendly. Understated but perfect.
