六人住在复式公寓里，睡得很舒服。没有空调很麻烦，因为开着的窗户会让蚊子和苍蝇进来。手持淋浴器坏了。洗衣房里只有一台洗衣机在用。希望第二个卫生间是封闭式的，而不是浴缸和盥洗室挨着床，这样六个成年人可以更好地共用。
地点很棒，但是电梯坏了，你怎么能指望我们扛着100公斤的行李爬上五层楼梯呢？你们明明知道这一点，却没有制定任何流程，我们不得不乞求帮助。当我们寻求帮助时，你们却视而不见。其他一切都很好，唯独这件事太荒谬了，而且在我们入住期间一直如此。无法接受——你们没有提供任何建议或补救措施——你想要一张楼梯间的照片吗？我们将要求赔偿。
