I had an excellent stay at HomeTowne Studios by Red Roof Orlando – Casselberry. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process super easy. The property felt safe and well-maintained, and the location was convenient with everything I needed nearby. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Everything was clean. Excellent for a one nighter even better more than one night. I stayed one night and it was the lowest I found through kayak and through ******* booked. I booked the night before so it was unique it did not have a price hike. Hopper was price hiking since I was booking the night before.

Room is dirty, and worn out, saw several roaches to the point i was grossed out and wanted out asap could wait till morning to come.

The cockroaches and the place was gross. No coffee or any ice buckets, plastic cups, or anything. Negative stars for this place

Arriving after dark couldn't really tell what the office was.. Got to the room the latchlock was broken completely missing half of it, room was hot, it looked clean. Realized it was only surfaced clean as behind the door ,in front of the sink and all around the edge , a foot up completely fell there was roaches , which I did not notice until the following night, i didn't notice when I took my shoes off floor sticky.( informed office they came in with bleach to clean whilecwe were out. The air conditioning kicked on and off never really clued in the room.\nI did let the staff know , and she informed me that i'm a third party that I should take it up with expedia(really wow)
The bed is firm love.The pillows had to ask for a fourth because.2 people don't like to share 3.
hotel was close to everything convenient a little bit noisy outside at night but seems safe.
Just very disappointed in the cleanliness

This is not a high end hotel. Could be a little cleaner. Has some downsides to it. However it exceeded my expectations. I had low expectatioins based on the price and reviews. Will definately staynagainm

I have stayed in well over 1000 hotels in ~80 countries. And this stay had many "first's."
* first time ever there eas no soap, no gel, no nothing--not even a simple small bar of soap!
* There was no cup. No glass. Not even a simple plastic cup to get a drink of water from the tap. I had to drink water the old fashioned way--from my cupped hands.
* There was not even a cup of coffee in the morning. No for free, and not even for a tip. Nothing. Never even have I see that before.
I might as well just have slept in my car and washed up in a fast-food bathroom somewhere!!
What's next? Bring your own towels?
Sheesh! I really pity the young generation if this is the kind of serice they have in their future.

而且这个地方也不安全。
