Regarding the bed linens, we assure you they are made of high-quality cotton sateen. We had prepared a fresh set of linens especially for you. However, as mentioned in the note we placed under your door, we were unfortunately unable to deliver them as the "Do Not Disturb" sign remained on your door throughout your stay, which did not allow us to access the room until your departure day. As for the other issues mentioned, since they were not brought to our attention during your stay, we regret that we were not given the opportunity to address them promptly.
