房间很大很整洁，床很大很舒服。酒店位置非常好，离乐园大门和地铁站都很近。机场巴士站也在附近。非常适合亲子度假的酒店。
房间非常一般，主要是作为一家价格高昂的乐园酒店，服务实在是太差了。
从后门进来的，进门就遇到一个冷冷的工作人员，盘问我半天，我一手拖行李，一手带娃，手里拿着一堆东西，他非要看我的预定单，我以为要给我办入住，结果看完后指指前台的方向让我去前台排队等。。。
入住的时候就提出第三天退房要提前托运行李，提前一天晚上也去前台询问，结果每个人告诉的信息都不一样，第三天早上还是完美的错过了托运。
两大一小，一定要额外收费，加床费还很高，房间也拼得很奇怪…
早饭整体水平在线，但是服务和承载能力很拉垮，每天排长队等着付费吃早饭，感觉也是很奇葩了。
作为usj的乐园酒店，服务员完全没有usj工作人员的热情，且没有任何乐园相关福利，性价比为零，服务很差，价格很高，附近大把酒店，下次再也不会来这里住了，千万避雷
订的三张床加一个沙发床的房间，设施较陈旧，床头附近没有充电插座。作为一个均价1700元一晚的房型酒店竟然不提供瓶装水，需要自行去固定的房间打水。晚上睡觉房间还比较安静。
第一次入住这家酒店，为了次日一大早入园，离乐园很近。三人间很宽敞，睡得也很舒服。但是只住了一晚，很匆忙，也来不及体验早餐，有机会再好好体验吧！
之前住过，感觉没有之前的环境好了，房间没有提供水，离环球还是很近的，中规中矩。周边还有很多酒店，下次可以尝试下其他酒店。
酒店的优势是就开在usj旁边～房间就很一般了，也不是主题房，大概就是一个3-4星连锁酒店的配置。设施比较旧，也没有充足的充电口，usb接口很隐蔽的1-2个也不好用。最关键是Wi-Fi信号特别差，几乎用不了，用手机网络也不好。总体感觉失望。
日本少有的可以12点退房的酒店，楼下一个圣诞树非常有氛围，入住第二天去的乐园，这是离乐园最近的酒店，下楼就是大门，吃饭也很方便，推荐炸牛排真的巨好吃！玩侏罗纪衣服都湿了，简直意料之外，还好马上就能回酒店换衣服，手上让门口工作人员敲一个章就可以二次入园了，希望下次可以带孩子一起来玩，还会入住的
地理位置满分，离USJ超近，步行直达，省去大量通勤时间。房间干净、设施齐全，隔音和舒适度都不错。服务贴心，前台热情，有问题都能及时解决。周边便利店、餐厅很多，出行和吃饭都很方便。来大阪玩环球影城，住这家非常合适，下次还会选择。
房型非常棒，孩子睡中间，景观很好，8年前住过一次，这次去房间设施也很新，一点没有旧的感觉，孩子非常喜欢趴在窗台看景色，晚上躺在床上看云
住在园前酒店是非常正确的选择，不仅房间够大，楼层高，面向园前的一侧早晨还可以实时观察到客流情况。下次还会定这里，推荐！
